Refund policy
Refund & Exchange Policy: For retail studio purchases, refunds and exchanges will be issued as store credit only after 7 days, provided that items are accompanied by the original receipt and have all tags attached. Items taken on approval require a credit card hold and will be automatically charged after a 24-hour approval period. Once this period has passed, the sale is considered final, and the item is not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Sale items are also final sale and may not be taken on approval.
